The Little Falls Police Department has promoted three officers: Bryan Prall, Robert Prall and Jonathan Cespedes. Bryan Prall, a lieutenant who had also served as the Local 346 state delegate, earned the rank of deputy chief. Once Department Chief Steve Post retires, Bryan Prall will take over as the next chief.
Robert Prall, who was a sergeant with the Department and served as the Local 346 president, earned the rank of lieutenant. Cespedes, who served as the sergeant-at-arms, leveled up from detective to sergeant. The Local said it looks forward to working with the newly promoted officers.
