Plainfield Local 19 members geared up for a four-day Female Defensive Tactics Training on May 24 hosted by Union County Prosecutor’s Office Local 250 member Paul Marinaccio.
The intensive training provided more than 50 female law enforcement officers with martial arts techniques and tactics to effectively subdue active resisters on the job. Local 19 members were joined by other agencies across the state for the educational course.
